International Cybersecurity Management
The Center actively promotes mechanism building and international consensus on cyberspace security and stability. The Center not only actively promotes UNODC’s international process on combating cybercrimes, but also consults with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and other research institutions on the public attribution disputes of cyberattacks and the of Cyber-Nuclear C3 stability.

Emerging Technology Governance
Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by emerging technologies, the Center is also deeply involved in the governance of AI and other critical technologies. The Center participates in organizing the “Safety Forum” of the World Conference on Artificial Intelligence and coordinates with the UNICRI Centre for AI and Robotics, and the MIT CSAIL to establish the cooperation mechanism, in addition, the Center works in partnership with Shanghai Association for AI and Social Development for further research.
