On February 8 and 9, 2021, the Webinar on US-China Cyberspace Dynamics under the Biden Administration was successfully held. The webinar was hosted by the RCGCG and co-organized by the Institute of International and Strategic Studies of Peking University and the Institute of World Economics and Politics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. During the webinar, SIIS released the research report Competition without Catastrophe: A New China-U.S. Cybersecurity Agenda.
